Community Rules
Play the game properly
- Play your own moves. No bots, scripts, modified clients, or automation of any kind.
- Do not stall. Letting the clock run to annoy an opponent is a forfeitable offence.
- Do not quit a losing match to dodge the result. Finished or abandoned, the match is scored.
One person, one account
Extra accounts used to feed chips to a main account, to reach easier opponents, or to farm rewards are the most common form of cheating in a game like this. Accounts found doing it lose their balances and are closed — all of them.
Do not attack the game itself
- No exploiting bugs. If you find one, report it; we would rather thank you than ban you.
- No tampering with the app, the network traffic, or our servers.
- No buying, selling, or trading accounts, Coins, or Gems anywhere.
Respect the person on the other side
Display names are public. Names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, impersonate someone, or advertise something else will be reset or the account closed.
Reporting someone
Email [email protected] with your display name, your opponent's display name, roughly when the match happened, and a screenshot if you have one. Every match is recorded, so we can review what actually took place.
What happens after a report
- We review the recorded match and the account history behind it.
- Depending on what we find: a warning, removal of chips gained unfairly, a temporary suspension, or a permanent closure.
- We do not report back on another player's punishment — that is their private account information.
- If your own account is actioned and you think we got it wrong, reply to us. A person will look again.
Appeals and closures
Suspension and termination are covered by our Terms, Section 20. Coins and Gems held by a closed account are forfeited and have no cash value, as set out in Sections 6 and 8.
